Amelia Airheart is my trail name, but you can also call me Liz. I am on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and figuring out my purpose here in this lifetime.

I seek to inspire others to think deeply about why they are really here on this planet, and to encourage them to find the unique path that will bring the most happiness and fulfillment in life.

2022 AT FLIP FLOP THRU HIKE

It is my intention to record my experience of my second attempt at completing an AT thru hike. Seven years after my first try, I am older and (hopefully) wiser, and hope to accomplish this as one of my life goals.

It will also ideally be a step in the direction of working for myself as a freelance writer, along with whatever other work I find that authentically speaks to me.
